How To Prevent Under Eye Bags

For Bags under the Eyes

A single serving of a processed food or beverage should have less than or equal to 300 mg of sodium to be considered a low sodium food. Get rid of processed foods all together if you have any doubts.
  2. Drink pure water (filtered) as your main beverage throughout the day as the best way to flush fluids out of the body without adding more sodium while doing so.
  3. Use chamomile tea bags over the eyes to soothe them and make the fluid dissipate.
